Drawn to mindfulness as a teenager, I found warmth, healing, and community in yoga and meditation. Equal parts challenging and reverent, my yoga classes balance active vinyasa sequences with meditative breathwork. I proactively welcomes students of all experience levels, ages, sizes, and colors. Students can expect to finish my class feeling centered before they begin the true yoga: intentional living.
